| Why not drop in to this light, airy room with its peaceful décor and try some of the aids to prayer - candles, stones, a small fountain, prayer beads, books etc? A small group meets weekly to pray for individuals, the church, the community and world concerns – all are welcome! |

| Outside the Church Hall Entrance, there is a Prayer box where all are encouraged to place a prayer request. This is emptied frequently and members of the church pray for that particular need. If you would like prayer for someone or a situation please either use the prayer box or E-mail the request to p.hayes335@btinternet.com |

| Three groups from Wrenthorpe Methodist Church meet in the evenings. These groups give individuals the support which is not always easy to find in worship on a Sunday worship. There's a chance to discuss the bible and what it means for us today as well as get to know people a bit better. All the groups have an informal style and you don't have to attend every week to get something out it. | Every third Sunday evening at 6.00 pm for an hour and a quarter we meet together for tea, coffee, cakes and discussion. We view a short video and discuss it in groups round tables. Everyone is invited to come along to drink, eat and discuss in an informal atmosphere |
