| The Church has close links with Wakefield Methodist Junior & Infant School. www.methodist.wakefield.sch.uk An two independent charities are based at the church: Bethany Healing Centreprovides a safe place where people going throughemotionally difficult times in their lives can find help and refuge from the pressures of life in a loving, supportive and peaceful environment. It is run by a voluntary team of Christians who have professional qualifications in the fields of counselling, psychotherapy and alternative therapies. The service is open to all.
